Α) Delivery by our transport means
Β) Delivery by courier.
In cooperation with the courier company “Hand to Hand”.(at no extra charge)
Perishable goods, such as dairy, fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, ice cream and ice are transported in special refrigerators with quality certification _____ which ensures that all products are kept fresh till their delivery.

Free Zone Delivery

Choose one between the following delivery time zones (Α: 10:00-12:00, Β: 14:00 – 16:00, Γ: 18:00-20:00), make your order 90 min. before each time zone and get free delivery.

You can always make an order outside the Free Zone Delivery.
For deliveries between 9:00 and 22:00 there is an extra charge of €10, between 22:01 and 23:59 €25:00 and between 00:00 and 2:00 €45.

The e-joymarket.gr needs to obtain customer consent in order to deliver an order outside the Free Zone Delivery.

The e-joymarket.gr may alter/delay the delivery time of an order in case of/that:
Α) shortage of a product. We always try our best to procure on time an out of stock item in order to deliver your order as early as possible. In any case you will be informed by the company accordingly.
Β) the company/delivery driver is not able to contact the customer in order to find the exact delivery place.
C) a car accident that may affect the traffic flow.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped to the address and during the time zone selected upon checkout. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the delivery driver will contact you in order to inform you about the new delivery time.

Should you are absent from the delivery place at the selected delivery time, the e-joymarket.gr will contact you in order to determine a new delivery time. Please note that in that case there is an extra charge of €10.

The e-joymarket.gr may replace, for your convenience, an out of stock product with a similar one of equal or higher value without extra charge.

You will be informed concerning the product replacement upon delivery. Should you do not accept the similar product; either we refund your money cash for the product paid by card or you do not need to pay cash for this product.

By completing your order, you will receive a sms and an email you entered. You will also be informed by sms and email regarding the estimated delivery time, the delivery driver’s name and phone number.
